抗体高分辨率结合筛选

Biacore提供的抗体候选物的结合亲和力水平、结合动力学特征和结合模式等多种信息对新药筛选和指导后期优化和工艺开发至关重要，因此获得高分辨率、高可信度的结合数据成为药物开发科学家在通量之外最首要的要求之一。

项目背景：客户之前委托某公司利用Biacore 8K进行单抗药物筛选，筛选结果显示绝大部分候选物都具有接近的"高亲和力"。但由于细胞实验数据显                  示其细胞保护活性具有显著性差异，因此重新委托百奥克对其中12个候选物进行亲和力筛选，获得高分辨率的亲和力数据，与细胞实验                  数据一致性高。进一步委托百奥克对3*96候选物全部重新进行SPR亲和力筛选。
